My experience with ZM dental has been wonderful. The staff remembers me every time I come in and always asks how I’m doing. I had quite a bit done after not seeing a dentist for a very long time and chipped my front teeth. Dr. M did veneers on my two front teeth and they look so natural i was shocked when I saw the final result! Now I am so confident thanks to her! I also needed deep cleaning and some cavities filled. During my treatment I’ve had anxiety about dental work and the doctor and staff were so comforting and supportive throughout the process. I genuinely like going to my appointments to see them.

Dr. Z and hygienist Christine are great! I found Dr. Z 5 years ago after a poor experience with a franchise dentist across the street who I was seeing to replace a front tooth crown. She did beautiful work and after having a horrible crown for 30+ years, you can barely tell this is not my tooth. With that in mind, the office staff you work with before seeing Dr. Z and Christine is the reason for the 3 stars. I’ve remained a patient even after moving more than an hour away 3 years ago but after my last visit that had to change. I replaced a filling and once the numbing wore off my bite was off. I returned to correct it and was placed with someone I had never seen before who didn’t speak English. After a dozen taps on the blue film and filing, still no change. I asked for the front desk staff to step in and discovered the tech working on me was filing a neighboring crown and not the actual tooth I had work done on a few days prior. I was livid! Not only could she have compromised the integrity of my crown but at no point did anyone take responsibility of the error. I honestly didn’t fault the tech, I fault the staff who should have explained to her my dental needs before allo

This was my first visit, they welcome me. The receptionist, Juanita, was very helpful. I forgot the name of the young lady who took my x-rays, who took her time to address all my concerns and the Doctor was very professional and also too her time to explained all my worries and concerns. Also the lady who explained the financial part of my treatment was very patience and helpful. Very clean office a little small and cold but I'll be back.

I originally left a positive review because my experience with the dental care itself was good. However, I’m updating my review due to an ongoing billing issue that has still not been resolved. After my insurance processed, I was told I had an overpayment of around $470. After multiple follow-ups, I eventually received only $163 back, with no clear explanation for the remaining balance. Mind you, I started making payments on my first visit in October 2025 and finished my last payment in January 2026. It is now almost May, and despite several calls and even showing up in person, I still have not received a clear answer. The dental work itself was fine, but the lack of transparency and communication around billing has been extremely frustrating. I keep getting a “oh we’ll look into this and contact you back” but I have never been contacted back by them. I hope this can be resolved soon, as I would prefer to keep my original positive impression of this office.

One of the best experiences I’ve had going to a new dentist. The woman at the front desk who checked me in went above and beyond. The dental hygienist who took X-rays and cleaned my teeth was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job explaining to me the current state that my teeth are in. The doctor was Phenomenal and I am very excited to continue being a patient. I would highly recommend!
